Hipnosis is a self-help wellbeing product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

4. Purchases, Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee

Certain programs require payment. All fees are displayed before purchase and are charged in the currency shown.

30-day satisfaction guarantee: if during the first 30 days after your purchase you have completed your personalized meditation every day and you do not see any results, we will refund 100% of your money. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order details and proof of daily use (the platform automatically records each completed session).

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, audio materials, and software are owned by Hipnosis or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
